These videos were taken after my self-isolation for 2 weeks. I was already in lockdown abroad for 6 weeks and additional two weeks went quickly with all the tasks I was doing indoor. I've made these media to share to those people who are in isolation and  to those who could not get out for a certain reason (Shielding, Lack of mobility, Vulnerable child or adult, or in Lockdown/Quarantine).

Mindful Colouring

Who say Mind colouring is for children only. This is another way to relax and spend your day. I tried it before and it is enjoyable with nice colours and pattern available in your local library.

Flowers make you smile!

I am not a professional florist but to me flowers always makes me happy. Just buy some flowers and brighten your day by doing some flower arranging.
